  • Is AI fear in the workforce becoming hype? Our latest AI Proficiency Report found that excitement over AI has doubled in the last 6 months - and anxiety & overwhelm dropped by a quarter. - 46% of the workforce is excited about AI's implications on their jobs, up from 23% in September - 54% of employees feel either anxious or overwhelmed by AI, down from 79% in September Meanwhile, trust in AI's contributions to work went up by 5% and disappointment at the idea of losing access to it rose by 6%.
